At Magic Fashion, N.B. available in store only! we offer a convenient layby option allowing you to secure your favorite items with a flexible payment plan. Enjoy up to three months to complete your purchase at no extra cost.

Returns and Exchanges
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear.

For other items, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

– Return Period: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
– Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
– Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items
– Underwear: Due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
– Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 How to Return an Item

2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

– Rejected Returns: If your return is not approved, the item will be sent back to you.
